They are treating the crews as equal. They never act even they have a high position.

The crew plan. If anything you need help, all crews are willing or support to you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, I guess what we doing inside. There is really time that we getting pressured because there is a time that its busy and have a big orders but our manager making sure that even at this moment we gotta push ourself to be fast. Raising canes is working hard while fun.
