The management that did my interviews were very friendly and showed that they wanted to work with me from the beginning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very patient and want to help. All feedback is positive and helpful longterm. We're trained as managers to direct and develop crew rather than dictate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even for a fast food company, I'd say we're really high energy. Everyone's willing to learn and to put in the work (and a lot is required of us). My team has worked together for a long time and we've developed great friendships. I can't say I don't get along with any of my coworkers.
