Clear and consistent communication, consistent and predictable schedule to allow for a good work/life balance, especially for people still in school.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$10 an hour to do very physically demanding work for 8, 9, 10, even 11 hours is just not a fair wage. Cane's tries to be competitive with other fast-food chains in a lot of aspects and attempts to distinguish itself from the rest, however the pay to its employees is not reflective of this.
