Well the management team is very friendly, positive, flexible , open-door policy and are always open for suggestions.

There's really several things positive about the culture and environment at Raising Cane's especially the positive attitudes of the managers and coworkers as well as the upbeat & fast paced environment at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is the interaction between everyone and their positive attitude towards me and their job. Also they are always open for questions and/or concerns that I may have.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Well I really liked the way that after applying online to the company website I was called within a couple of days and interviewed like also just a few days after I was called in and the manager who interviewed me was very very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.
