Its great but not the best in terms of accountability no one is really there to show the mission statement no one is overall following the standards its all backwards

Was easy wasnt too much involved just need to be a little better to get the right people

I just need to be able to have extra help people that care and wanna make the restraunt a better place
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We could show we all care for eachother and show we dont hold others over one another it should be a team effort
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to understand where this all started and show that this job is more then just a stepping stone to our future
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if i wasnt being put over everyone and that i could have extra help to make the restraunt more tolerable
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I see it as they need to try harder and we need to show that we care and give everyone the same respect and give everyone a chance to try new things and hold people more accountable for things did wrong and things did right
