
Less attitude from management and more communication
Managers need people skills very very simple
Usually always on the same page with tasks that are time sensitive
Very few considering the genuinely fake smiles and false interest in that persons life
Understanding that people actually get sick and sometimes need to take time off to get better but instead employees are getting fired and or suspended
I'm a CT that gets paid the same amount as the crew and An understanding management team that cares about their employees instead of a singular shift and getting very disrespectful to crew because of said instances
