Everyone on the team truly enjoys what they do and works cohesively as a unit seeking the same goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear, strategic vision and direction and allow me the freedom of doing the work I feel is important to the continued success of the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the freedom to determine what work I do if I deem it is important for the team I support and I have the leadership backing to do this.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was laid back, but also challenging at the same time. There were questions that challenged my critical thinking, but it also felt more like a conversation between me and the interviewers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is great - I would say above average for the market. The benefits package is amazing; I've worked for several large companies in DFW and this is by far the best benefits package I've had.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Literally everything. We are all working towards the same goal and helping one another to get there. All you see are smiles when you walk around the building and we are constantly signing thank you and birthday cards for one another.
