I have felt welcomed at whichever restaurant they put me at. Everyone is so friendly from the Area Leaders to the Crewmembers. I don't ever feel like I'm being scolded for not doing something right. Instead, they help you fix the issue and teach the "Why" behind doing something a certain way

We all have such a high energy and love what we do. It truly reflects on the Crewmembers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that the GM wants to develop me and I am not just coming into work for nothing. The company wants us to progress and excel in the company which is awesome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone brings their own personality to the restaurant and together we have such a good culture. It isn't the same vibe at every Canes restaurant because not every Crew team is the same. We are able to express ourselves.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Through all the interviews, I never felt under pressure. It was more like a conversation I was having with the Area Leader of training, the Area Leader and Regional VP. I felt comfortable enough to be myself and not hold back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all work together as a team. No one acts higher than the other because we are all working towards the same goal in the end. If there are issues within the team, we communicate to fix them so we can move forward.
