I worked at Cane's through college and have had several jobs/careers since. Cane's is still my favorite job. The people are great, the company cares about their employees, their communities and their product.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is somewhat intense for a quick service job but you get what you put into it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We always had holidays off and our corporate holiday parties were always fun and the gifts we received were very nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I worked with were real and fun to be around 8 years later I still call some of those people my friends.

The hiring process at Raising Cane's is somewhat vigorous for a quick service job. By doing this they ensure the teams they hire are perfect.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Extremely positive, they truly make you have fun while working. I feel like companies say this all the time but at Cane's, they mean it, if you're not smiling and enjoying yourself you're dead because it is just not possible to do that here.
