Straight forwardness for what the company is looking for out of their crewmembers.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to learn and accomplish something new, whether it be cleaning a neglected area or becoming more efficient in a particular position. As well as go on break to escape the crewmembers isolating behaviours.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I very much love working for my general manager as well as 1 of 2 shift managers at my location. They are empathetic, smart and hard-working. Only concern I have are workplace mobs that seem to develop, giving off impression to dedicated workers that they are unwelcomed.
