Even through we are all from very different life backgrounds we all come in and treat each other as equals and have fun

I liked that the manager was genuinely interested in who I was and my interested outside of work. Made me feel wanted and accepted.

Everyone seeks to make the environment a safe place for each other and make new crew feel like they are part of the Canes crew family
