I enjoy the people and love to have a good time and work 1 issue I do have is uper level management such as gm tends to denounce and hide crew issues and or any voice that they may have such as bullying and told to disrespect crew he feels is wrong

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been there for 4 years and sometimes the work we do or might do extends past what you may think so I believe pay should be a bit more but then again I am well compensated because I continue to have a Reassessment on my volume
