The shift managers are awesome but the salary managers are lazy and always leave early.

The Crewmembers, when we dont have to deal with snotty entitled costumers, we have a blast .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A few Crewmembers, nothing else at this company is. Only the higher ups get to enjoy any positive culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm literally there more than the two salary managers that are suppose to be leading this restaurant. Big pay raise. There's crew who only make $2 less than Me.. I've been here for 4 years, I'm a Shift Manager...
