Working at raising canes is something smooth and easy. Not so fast paced like other places but there will be times were the job is busy. The work there is simple, work or go home. Most of the time your either taking orders, communicating with customers or making the food/drinks.

Communication. Communication is key to run a restaurant, no communication = big mess.

My friendships with the coworkers, everyone for the most part is very nice and friendly, we truly do feel like we are family
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the friendships and the communication. Because we are all around the same age we all know communication is key and we try our best to communicate throughout the entire shift
