The management at my particular store in Orange, CA is stressful and immature. Sometimes there is no team vibes in there as favoritism is played out. It is also impossible to change your schedule without the manager making it a headache. The GM is rude

The sick hours. The meal discount is decent if ordering something small

Working with happy coworkers. Our store recently got a new manager and she is so nice, fair and works hard

Everyone needs to walk into the door with a smile on their faces, a good attitude and willingness to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Maturity- Playing favorites is never a constructive. Management should also work on the attitudes they bring into out store; it affects us all. They need to remain neutral/happy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management has allowed the creation of a high school setting. They have their favorites, they ignore certain people, and if they are in a "mood", they belittle employees while training them
