Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Simple, I am happy with the role elevation I have and I am always hungry to learn and I am happy with what I have achieved and what all I can being just 3+ years in the org. I am happy with my compensation, however, I know it can be better considering the role and responsibility and market norms
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Performance bonus should take into account how a person has worked and performance. It should be prorated in case a product complete target is not achieved

RateGain is a face paced, growing organization led by aspirational leaders who continue to grow and learn. As a leading travel technology and marketing communication company in the world we are always striving to grow and improve on the journey. We are regularly seeking feedback from new hires, from employees in our eNPS, from customers with our NPS, and as people leave the organization. Our 3 year mission is to build a sustainable HR providing an ecosystem for people to thrive. An important element is growing intentionally but also in ensuring we are doing so in an ethical manner. This includes fair and ethical treatment of our employees, self monitoring ourselves for fair and equitable pay practices, contributing to our clean and safe environment, being mindful stewards of our environment with reusable dishes, recycling, avoiding waste, using automatic lights with a sensor in our offices, and hybrid work schedules.
This last year we have started to come back together in our offices and to get back into our teams caring for their local area. The MyHotelShop team in Germany does a car sharing and regular trash pickups. We have hybrid schedules in our offices, we recycle, intentionally conserve by using our own dishes versus disposable, and encourage transit programs in cities like Chicago with BCV.
Our global teams are committed to CSR and engaging with various community charities and partners. Recent organizations we have worked to support this year are: Ashray Society; water.org; Special Olympics; Feeding America.org; Irving Advocacy Center; and Feed My Starving Children. In the US we have two paid community service days a year that we often spend together however, individuals can also take that time dedicated to an organization or cause of their choosing.

We are very fortunate to organically have diverse, global workforce with amazing employees joining us. We thrive because we appreciate the experiences and perspectives we each bring to the team and we have a talented, dedicated, enjoyable, and driven team through and through. Our BCV team based in Chicago often leads us (and their customers) in their authentic celebration of different groups, religious holidays, appreciation of different foods, music, and so much more throughout the year. We all are intentional to support under represented restaurants and businesses. We have global and Executive support on the front lines as we develop and role out a global DE&I framework. It will ultimately look different in different regions but it is embraced and anticipated. This is seen as we have expanded the US holidays to observe important days such as Juneteenth and have long term goals in our strategic goals. Initially globally we have targeted the metric of increasing our ratio of female to male employees and we have seen the fruits of the efforts. Especially in India in more male dominated roles we have improved our ratio from 24% women to 29% women and hired brilliant women.
