What makes you most happy at work?Going home at night makes me happiest.
What are some of the best things about your team? They are funny and creative and loyal, mostly too loyal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Certainly not the salary or the any of the benefits package as they are too little for too much, especially when my time is not my own and I'm expected to be on call 24/7. This is furniture. Not life and death.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everybody needs to stay to themselves, and if you say something make sure its nice or constructive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to follow their own guiding principles. They need a better work life balance.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?I would let the interviwer know what they are joining and that they can just let you go if they dont like you.
