What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The team are friendly and encouraging
What makes you most happy at work?interacting with colleagues and contractors; getting fan feedback
What are some of the best things about your team?Colleagues get along well; atmosphere is friendly and jovial
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The executive team needs to take employee concerns seriously and follow through with meaningful action. The constant micromanagement creates a stressful environment and takes a real toll on mental health.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Bringing the service down and reducing performance. You should have left the service alone after you acquired it. It was working perfectly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Micromanaging needs to stop. If you want to keep quality employees, executive level staff need to relinquish control, even though that might be difficult for them to do. They should guide if necessary, but actually listen to those at the ground level who have more valid input than they realize.
