Develop a sense of team. Retain current employees

Judge candidates constructively instead of hiring everyone who interviews.

Consistency. There is constant turnover of management, which means constant change.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Constant turnover of staff and management. They need to develop a retention plan

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

More training/education. Most are new nurses with no experience. They are given minimal training.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees have aleady been told that they shouldn't expect raises or bonuses this year. Regular merit increases would help me feel better.
