Our chief diversity officer is preparing to ram some sort of CRT down our throats and dissenting voices don't make it past the store level. Scores of longtime employees have left or are leaving, even those who had considered themselves "lifers." It's a good job to get discounts on quality gear.

there needs to be a reorganization of leadership. Their processes are not transparent.

The employees within the store, from store manager on down, is very supportive of each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get things done together and take pride in our work. We also laugh a lot, but not as much since the departure of a few coworkers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Except for our store operations, everything is run from the top-down, from corporate to the store. There's also a ton of inefficiency and since we're a co-op, they can get away with it.
