What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance and the all important discounts

I'm a part time student and so I do not receive benefits due to low hours

All my coworkers are friendly and helpful. I've never had such a welcoming group of coworkers all focused on sharing their love for the outdoors

It really does depend on the store and the individual store culture but I love my store and stay even through the crazy.

Outfitting a person and or family and having them come back in after their trip and say thank you for all your help and knowledge.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop focusing on change and try and make systems better. We need computers that work each time not once in a while. We offer something different from other stores so let's play that up.
