My coworkers and positive interaction with customers excited about their purchases
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm a part time student and so I do not receive benefits due to low hours
What are some of the best things about your team?
All my coworkers are friendly and helpful. I've never had such a welcoming group of coworkers all focused on sharing their love for the outdoors
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the managers at the store are understanding and want you to succeed. Training for different departments have taken much longer than I had hoped, but if you have concerns their doors are always open
