I like the job but we are paid barely a living wage. I can’t afford the products we sell working full time with our discount. For the level of expertise we are expected to have we get paid less than clueless Target workers. Meanwhile sweat pants cost $10

Mostly folks are positive. Management tries to help you get work done and solve problems.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can help a customer get everything they need and teach them something new.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need at least $20 an hour if we have worked over a year and are trusted to run our department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are nice but phony. Say that we are all a family but then work you 7 days in a row but on different pay checks so you don’t even get overtim
