REI use to be a great company to work for. Then Wric came along and it became political. Employees are sick of it. Now recent changes within the company are causing customers to turn away. There was a time I lived my job. Not so much anymore

Just the supervisors and some management. Anyone above management don’t show they actually car

Everyone works together and we care about each other. Anyone will go out of their way to help a team member.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The supervisor is what makes the environment a better place. They can only do so much. Not much to say about higher up

That’s hard to say. I have been with the company for 15 years. There use to be so many good things. There isn’t much good left anymore. A lot of the things that had made the company great and fun have been taken a
