When I get to perform some complicated repair that a customer assumed meant certain death of their gear.

We are able to operate very independently as long as the long term effects benefit the store/company in a positive manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are get to share our enjoyment of the outdoors with customers and get paid to do so. Our staff engages in a vary wide array of activities, so there is always some well of knowledge for newbies to drink from.
