Out of 51 Remington Hotels employee reviews, 66% were positive. The remaining 34% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Remington Hotels improve their work culture.
Work-life balance and holding members of management accountable for their policy violations
Comunication and overall leadership !!!!
Everything, lack of professionalism, communication
Genersl manager needs to imptove upon his conflict resolution skills as well as communication. His spelling and grammar are ateocious and an embarrassment when responding to guests. He also plays favorites and lies to cover up issues like harassment, security measures and safety.
Valuing the employees for turning the results going from bottom to top in brand in company. If the results are there can be valued for increase if it will fair enough to request.
Restore the paid holidays amd Sick pay. Dont just give it to slararied employees. So reviews give raises. Quit iverpaying skiless jobs like security guards and underoaying akilled positions. Pick leadwrs ans let them lead too mnay cheifs. Too much burder for too little pay about to quit
Show your hard working employees that you actually care and acknowledge all that they do to make your company great. Pay the people fairly. Living costs are so high right now and this hotel makes very good profit being on the beach.
After working hard and putting lots of hours bringing a set service culture across the board in the hotel taking the hotel from bottom to Top 5 - 10 % in the Brand always. Valuing the results going from ZERO to FOUR Drivers in one year can be appreciated to keep the motivation up
We do have one of the best Team works as a family and the atmosphere in the hotel is a family one
Value the hard working employees those deliver the results accordingly to the company expectations and compliance to company standards
Have an actual process for interviewing
I interviewed with 6 or 7 people the final round, many of whom I would never work with and knew little about the type of work I would be doing.
There is no leadership or rules
Remington does not value its workforce and does not seem to have a plan in place to forge an overall better experience for its guests. Management seems secretive without cause and no real details of the state of the company or available positions are shared with the employees.
Pay fairly and recognize the employees dedicated and committed to the company from their soul
