HDVI has made me feel important in my work role. They value every worker from the top to the bottom. I feel like I am part of the HDVI family, and that I am valued as a person. I love working with HDVI and am so glad that I am part of the HDVI team. Working with HDVI was my best career move.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are never too busy to help. Even our CEO anything we need he is always there.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with my team. I feel most productive when I can help my team with any obstacles they may run into.
What did you like most about the interview process?
HDVI did a team interview with me. Multiple managers where on the call, they were easy to talk with. They where extremely positive and patient.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I just started working with HDVI in July of 2018 and they started me out with 2 weeks PTO and 3 days of sick leave. HDVI is family oriented and encourages their employees to always put their families first.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company's environment is very informal, making the team feel comfortable at every level. We have daily open floor meetings to discuss any hot topics or individual areas that we may require help from the team. HDVI does everything they can to make not only the company but everyone successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always there to help each other out. Our work field is extremely detail oriented, and my team is always there to lend an extra pair of eyes on any HealthPlan reviews that are difficult. We meet multiple times a week to keep everyone updated on not only the company's progress.
