The leadership team at Revenue.io cares deeply about what we are building here and about each employee on the team

The leadership team is very good about offering autonomy to their employees, if employees deliver on their promises everyone is usually happy

Employees at Revenue shoulder a tremendous amount of work. Everyone here is looking for the company to succeed and are willing to grind to make it happen!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to have fun and give back to our employees without missing a step. It's a juggle for sure, but we try to maintain a good balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although we currently only offer 14 days of PTO, we do offer 11 standard company holidays and we are given surprise mental health days off a few times per year
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Departments are encouraged to develop a culture that works best for their team and leadership is very receptive to requests to build out a team's culture through zoom or in-person events.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works incredibly hard. The work ethic of the managers here really sets the standard for how they expect their employees to work. Everyone is usually willing to pitch in and lend a hand where they can. We are a start up after all!
