My team gets along great! Everyone's feelings are taken into account and everyone's ideas are given thorough attention and consideration.

I like hanging out with my team and being trusted to do my work without a huge amount of external input
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is respected and thus gets along well. There is very little overt sexism, which is a massive step up from other tech companies that I am familiar with!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked getting to meet both people I still work with directly and people i rarely interact with, to see if the entire company was a good culture fit
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership typically listens to the engineers when it comes to deadlines and rarely overpromises features or updates to customers. I actually feel listened to, even though I'm not in management myself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know for a fact that there are people on my team with the same title and duties who were offered almost 50% more than me and are still paid 25% more despite having less experience at the company.
