I work on a great team, with an excellent manager, working on projects that I genuinely enjoy. I believe our CEO cares not only about us as employees but also about the value we offer to our customers (and our customers' customers). Some internal processes need work, but that's usually the case.

My team works well together and comes together to tackle problems when needed. Great team culture set by my manager's outstanding attitude.

Completing features that add value to the company and to our customers. Seeing things I've worked on go live and make a difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not sure about the company as a while because I feel that each department has a different feel to some degree, especially while we are all remove still because of COVID. The most positive thing about my experience is the culture of positivity, support, and excellence that my manager creates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, as I am satisfied with my salary. I think the company could do with a better PTO policy (that doesn't ding you for sick time, for example) and some other HR perks like 401k matching, etc, considering the hard work we do and our success in the market.
