I joined during the pandemic, and worked from home. So, I never met my team in person. Everyone has done a great job making me feel like a big part of the team, and has helped challenge me to grow in my career! Those are two big parts of a job for me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being challenged, and a great team!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet leaders from the organizations I would be working with the most.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good, but a little basic compared to others I have been at. I don't have any issues, but there are portions that could be better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all have a different backgrounds, culture, and energies & they all seem to mesh very well. They are very thoughtful around company culture, and helping their employees grow
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are thoughtful, and it always seems to be discussed during company team huddles. The execs are thoughtful, that if it has slipped slightly....they make it a point of focus to improve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have been able to connect with my team without in person events (due to covid). We have finally been able to meet in person, and i think it will only help our relationships grow.
