I think open-mindedness and inclusivity. Everyone is very friendly and it's a no-judgment zone.

The most recent implementation of FTO and additional sick days on top of that. Those have been great updates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair compensation, performance evaluation happen more often and more quickly. Yearly or quarterly bonuses. Better medical support or even open new categories of benefit.

They are friendly and not hierarchical. They are open-minded and willing to receive feedback from anyone. They are very inclusive and push people to be outside of their comfort zone.

Everyone loves open communication and productivity. They want to make sure when it's time to work we are focused, but when it's time to have fun we will have tons of fun! Very effective and maintain the work life balance.
