candid and non intimidating. more focused on learning who i am as a person to get an understanding of capability rather than just number/employment history focused

helping others improve their processes + continue to learn together as a team. supporting each other and celebrating together rather than individual-focused on only hitting a number

our collaboration effort to share whats working and what isnt, that everyone is rooting for each other, and that wins are always celebrated + eager to learn from others to strenghten our craft and prospeciting abilities
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
checking on each other to make sure we're doing well/need any help. fun engaging meetings that are meaningful but also a good interaction with our team. ideas are heard and put into action to try new methods or brainstorm to find the best outcome
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they care about everyones opinions, and rid of silos to make sure you can reach out to them directly to build a relationship and learn from their knowledge/experience. knowing they care about my growth and skillset advancement is why i feel so lucky to be here working with my respective teams
