Even though we are remote, I feel there have been real attempts to get to know us and they are not removed from the day-to-day aspects of our work. This can be both good and bad, but overwhelmingly it has been a positive experience
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that my manager understands the work I do, the services I provide, and the challenges that remote work poses for what I do. Not only that but they are an excellent sounding board and collaborator who wants to help in any way they can
