Great place to work alongside some talented engineers. My coworkers have all be kind and always strived to help me out when I needed it. Also, they have been very accommodating when I had a medical emergency.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on a varied number of projects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is good and insurance rates are not taking a huge chunk out of my savings. Nothing to complain about really.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to work from home allows me to work in a very relaxed environment. For the most part, people only reach out if its strictly necessary.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to talk to the future team as well as the lead engineers gave me an idea of the people I'd be working with if I were accepted into the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership keeps us informed about various decisions and lets us engineers make the decisions we think are best. I am very grateful that they trust us to do the best that we can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Meetings are kept to only things that are strictly necessary and rarely last longer than 30 minutes. I am glad that I can learn from them seeing as how each of them has been in the industry for 20+ years
