What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm happy that there is a focus on both retention and additional revenue closed that results in commissions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how upfront and honest they are with the entire company on changes, roadmap and overall support of the entire company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are agenda's before meetings, bonding during meetings along with knocking out what needs to be discussed and action items post call.

That they are very involved in working with their customer facing teams. Also huge focus on collaboration to accomplish whatever is needed to support our clients
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was given a task to present on the company's software stack and it really helped me learn about the company and how people can use it for their own use cases.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I seem to only be uncovering issues, and having difficulty being able to solve these problems on my own. Also contract negotiations are becoming more difficult due to the competitiveness of the market in the Dialer space.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the stock options, unlimited PTO, HSA contributions and ability to work from anywhere. Revenue.io also set me up with an entire work station so I didn't need to purchase any hardware pieces to get my job done.
