They are hands-on when they need to be and vocal about goals, strategy and what kind of company we want to be. They're consistently enthusiastic and seem competent and to genuinely care about their teams.
Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely interested and engaged in the call. You don't always get that when people are working remotely. Also, the communication on status and next steps from HR was helpful and removed a lot of the anxiety common during the process for candidates.
