Joined the company in March and I have felt welcome, supported and efficient so far. Great collection of competent and kind people. Amazing amount of training materials and plans to help people ramp. They also made me a fairly generous offer and have a good selection of health benefits.

Being recognized (in any small way) for doing something well and being able to do the same for others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel we support one another well. Most of us are relatively new, so we are all learning how best to do our jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Freedom to work from anywhere / remotely is a huge plus. Also, everyone has a vested interest in everyone else's success, and it shows.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are hands-on when they need to be and vocal about goals, strategy and what kind of company we want to be. They're consistently enthusiastic and seem competent and to genuinely care about their teams.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely interested and engaged in the call. You don't always get that when people are working remotely. Also, the communication on status and next steps from HR was helpful and removed a lot of the anxiety common during the process for candidates.
