What are some of the best things about your team?
My team stays connected even though we hundreds or thousands of miles apart. Everyone is friendly and courteous and we always have fun when we get together virtually and especially in person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I trust them to lead our company and trust them to care about me as a person and employee at the same time! They are responsive. They are thought leaders. They approachable. They are as part of the "team" as the people I work with directly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing our talented team at work. There are some amazing individuals doing and sharing great things. It makes me even more confident that the effort I put in will not be for naught, and that my work will be appreciated by others and impact them positively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an incredible sense of togetherness and a "team" feeling no matter the department and across departments as well. I say this because most of work 90% or more of the time remotely and I think it is impressive it is that I feel so connected with several other teams.
