Everyone has great energy, likes to come in and help make the lives of other inside sales reps easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a competitive ping-pong arena, delicious snacks, and great, positive culture. If you're good at foosball, there's a table for that as well. We like to stay up to date with tech, considering our work in the SaaS industry.
What makes you most happy at work?
Closing more deals! But really seeing how the structure of the sales cycle benefits every person in the company. We're very tight knit and in touch with every department, since our sales team uses the product and lets marketing know how to help create new content.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is always there to assist in my day-to-day, and encourage me to learn and ask questions. I have no fears in asking for help and in fact love to do so, as it helps me become a better employee and align my goals with the company's.
