my co-workers are great and we get to work from home on Fridays

I work with some of the most committed and diligent engineers in the business.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to speak with a wide variety of people that I would be interacting with daily. I also got a chance to speak to the CEO and that was amazing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The plethora of snacks!!! Also I like our doggie day calendar. This calendar allows employees to schedule who is going to bring their dog to work on which days. My favorite is "Arlo"!
What makes you most happy at work?
The engineers are encouraged to take deep dives into our problems and find the right solution that meets our needs. Our platform uses the latest and greatest of all the components in our technology stack and that is exhilarating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is always ready to listen. But it doesn't stop there, they find creative solutions and encourage our innovation in that process as well. The collaboration between leadership and individual contributors far outweighs any that I have experienced in my 20 years in my profession.
