What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy about my coworkers, the product I sell, and the prospective customers I am so lucky to work with every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't feel like a number. I felt valued and that they really thought I would be a needed resource for the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're such an incredible group of leaders from diverse backgrounds with a common goal of growing a company. More importantly, they're improving the lives of the employees and everyone ringDNA touches.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ringDNA does a great job of compensating its people, most importantly our goals are aligned with the executive's team's goals. I also love our health insurance and the great coverage I have for myself and family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the smiling faces I see in the office every day. I have never asked for a favor or needed something and was told no. Everyone is accommodating and excited to help in our common goal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration!! Everyone on the team is invested in each other success. I am better because of the people I'm surrounded by every day. Trust, teamwork, collaboration, betterment are some of the words that come to mind when I think about my team.
