Everyone in Support has everyone's back. They help you learn the answer and make sure you aren't stuck.

I had a ton of healthcare options and that's really important having a family to be able to choose what best meets your family's needs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was several interviews that were not rushed across the entire company. I felt like they were looking for not just competency, but a fit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is positive and supportive. Even though we are remote in "covid world" right now they seek out ways to engage the company and have fun virtual events.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team at ringDNA pays attention to details - they care about people and want to make ringDNA a great work environment. I appreciate they listen and respond to the ideas that I have. At the end of the day, it's clear that they care about me.
