The leadership at ringDNA is really involved with our work and tightly connected to our teams. I love to see them in meetings with all of the teams and providing positive feedback.

Our teams are always accomplishing something. It's easy to sense how much progress there is and it gives me a lot of confidence that tomorrow and next week will be good too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate victories! Not by throwing actual parties, but by encouraging everyone to share their accomplishments and being excited for them. Whether it's an upsell or a fix being found for a customer issue.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is easy to communicate with, responsive, willing to collaborate, and always up from some knowledge transfer sessions. I really enjoy knowing that they are truly diligent workers. They encourage, support, and don't judge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is knowing that our leadership really cares about providing competitive benefits and pay. They take our suggestions seriously and don't limit the perks to a boxed compensation package. Working here is definitely worth it!
