Overall, I've really enjoyed the experience here at ringDNA. I feel like there is a genuine effort, both individual and collectively, to try and improve . Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. All motivated to build the company and have fun while doing it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their level of transparency and collaboration. They are very good at valuing the input of each individual team member.
What makes you most happy at work?
Problem solving and pushing towards successful outcomes. Seeing the expression of relief on a customer or co-workers face, once an issue has been resolved, is very much something that makes me happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the equity component. This is the first company I've worked for where I've received shares of a company. Excited to know that as the value of the business increases, so will the value of those shares.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed how serious they were about finding the right fit. Also, that once they realized I was the right fit, that they did everything in their power to show me how much they wanted me to come work for them. Good to feel wanted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The caliber of each team member is phenomenal. Very noticeable that each employee was very methodically/specifically selected because they would be the best candidate for the role. Both based on culture and background. One of the largest benefits of working at ringDNA is learning from co-workers.
