Ascena Retail Group: Very disappointed with my experience of returning pants. There is no physical store within 300 miles of where I live, so I needed a return label. I received it, sent pants back, only to have them come back to me with instructions to return to physical store, which ended up being too late for refund.
Morgan Stanley: Everyone is in the same boat. People always willing to help you learn.

Forest River: The upholstery material is awful. Five yearbold FR3 32DS with only 18,000 miles. Upholstery material is awful, flaking off.
