Nothing positive because TELCO is really a difficult account.

Having the thought that once I log in, I will be paid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our task at work is hard when it comes to handling customers, mostly the customers we have are irate and are always upset. We all know that Telco account is very hard so we should be compensated better.
