my work i totally enjoy what am i doing i really want to work with this company for soo long.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
handling team with transparency and showing actual data so the employee get motivated . and he will know where did he stand
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't understand why i am offboarded from my campaign (revolute) as i am performing really well there previous month i was top performer and suddenly i don't understand why they offboarded me and also i got fake quality error when i reported same to my team lead he said we cant revert it.
