Conifer: Our IT department isn't good. We outsource to Mexico now. It was India. Our computer program has a lot of glitches and issues. Raises are not the best. Usually 2% or less. Managers are not well trained. Insurance is not the best. I like being at home and I like working 4 10 hr days a week.
