Collaborative! We truly work as a team. I also work with some exceptionally smart people.

We don't get sick days or unplanned days. It would be a nice benefit to add.

I love my job and what I do. I get to work with bright people every day.

We work well as a team, bounce ideas off one another, praise one another, and support one another.

Working with intelligent people, having flexibility in my role to come up with new ideas, great leadership and so much more!

They are transparent about what is happening. They are a diverse team. They consistently do their best for AP and it's employees.

We are small yet mighty. We work together very well and can be open and honest with each other. We make a fantastic team!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with my team, my manager, and another senior manager. It was good to get a perspective on the company from a wide group of people.
