Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our insurance doesn't cover several of my medications and the bills I keep getting (after insurance coverage) are awful.

They work hard to keep us informed and working as "one voice," and have made it clear that our voices do matter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All members of my team (with the possible exception of one) are willing to drop everything to help me or support me.
